How to get started..

1. Complete the Introduction Form

Please take a few moments to fill out the questions here

This will help me gain a deeper understanding of where you may be feeling blocked around speaking up, visibility, or self-expression — so I can tailor the experience to both you and the group.

2. Fill in the Doodle Calendar

You’ll find the link at the bottom of the form (or access it here )Please mark your availability as soon as possible to be fair to others in the group so we can all arrange our monthly meet ups for the rest of this year and work out session times to suit everyone.

I understand that life can be busy and plans can change — I’ll always do my best to accommodate where possible. And if you do miss a session, No worries… I’ve got ya! All replays will be uploaded to the portal after each session, so you can stay fully supported (no FOMO here).

3. Dates of the LIVE Workshops

I will put all the dates of the LIVE workshops in the online portal under Introduction - Dates so that you can always refer to it when you need to and pop them in your diary. I will also email them over with the zoom links and send you reminders.

4. Join the Facebook & Instagram groups.

Here we can share regular updates and experiences of how we are getting on in our journey!
