You will receive a consultation form in an email to fill out at least 24hrs before your session along with a link to a beautiful Hypnosis track for you to listen to to become familiar with Ella's voice and the kind of relaxing tone we will be using in your session. Please listen to this as many times as you like but ideally at least once so that you will be able to drop even deeper into your session with ease in a really relaxed manner. Listening to this hypnosis isn't a pre requisite to having the treatment but it certainly helps you to get the most out of our session together.
